  • What can I expect to learn from a discovery call?
    A discovery call helps direct the trajectory of your business or goals as a healthcare professional (registered nurse, travel registered nurse, travel LPN, travel NP, aspiring advanced registered nurse practitioner). Whether your goal is to increase revenue in your current role, advance to another specialty field or decide if travel nursing is for you, Morgan will help shape your business goals and what steps are necessary in order to reach them. 48 hours prior to your discovery call, please e-mail Morgan at the contact link in the website so there is a clear idea of what areas should be addressed during the call.
  • What is the cancellation/rescheduling policy for discovery calls?
    Morgan understands that life happens. All clients may self-reschedule 24 hours prior to their appointment. If the cancellation is within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment, but before 8 hours, there is a 50% deposit automatically charged to the card on file. Cancellations made less than 8 hours prior to the appointment are charged the full service fee.

  • If I’m in another state (other than Maryland), can Morgan still see me for therapy?"
    Unfortunately, no. Per licensing and supervision requirements, Morgan only sees clients who are Maryland based for therapy. Should a client knowingly book services while an out of state resident, they will forfeit their appointment and payment. Does Morgan accept insurance?
  • Does Morgan accept insurance?
    Morgan does not accept insurance. All clients for therapy and/or medication management services agree to a cash/credit payment, with service fees denoted in the website.
  • Can I use my flexible spending account to pay for therapy services?
    Absolutely. Therapy is a medical/wellness expense.
  • Is Morgan qualified to do therapy?
    Any board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner is fully licensed and qualified to do therapy. Because of the nature of her license, Morgan can do both therapy and medication management (write for prescriptions), but at this time if you would like to be considered for medication management there is a separate fee schedule you may inquire about using the ‘contact’ tab.
  • Where will my therapy session be?
    All therapy sessions scheduled before March 2021 will be scheduled virtually via HIPAA compliant video software. You can do therapy wherever you choose- in the comfort of your own home, at work, etc. Morgan recommends that you choose a place that is quiet and comfortable so you can get the most out of your session.
  • How should I prepare for my therapy session?
    Prior to your session, it is helpful if you log on to the video streaming site 5-10 minutes prior to ensure an adequate connection and test audio. Remember to sign the forms that you received upon booking your session! They must be signed before your appointment can begin.
